Booking Conditions
In order to guarantee your reservation, a bank pre-authorization may be carried out from the date of reservation until the check-in date. This pre-authorization will correspond to the amount of your first night at the establishment. The security deposit will be fully refunded to you if no damage is noted by the establishment upon departure. Any reservation of 4 rooms or more may result in special conditions and additional charges.Secure Transaction
Our site uses some of the most advanced current internet security technologies. All booking steps are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a leading technology in the field. Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data stream encryption. The security certificate used is issued by the accredited third party company USERTrust RSA Certification Authority and used by the booking system D-EDGE. You can verify the validity of the certificate. Furthermore, the booking system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls, and other advanced technologies to prevent interference and block any intrusion.Cancellation or Modification of a Service Reservation
For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms within an establishment or other types of accommodations), it is reminded to the Client that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code which excludes this right for contracts related to accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or period. For each Service reservation, the Specific Conditions specify the cancellation and/or modification terms. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified and/or canceled. Deposits (amounts paid in advance) will not be refunded. In this case, it is mentioned in the Specific Conditions. When the Specific Conditions allow it:- the modification or cancellation of a Service reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions displayed on your screen;
- the modification or cancellation of a Service reservation can be done directly on the Site through the section “Modify or cancel a reservation”;
- the modification or cancellation of a Service reservation can be done directly with the establishment, whose contact details, including phone numbers, are specified in the reservation confirmation sent by email.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are non-refundable in the case of selecting a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate. For all other offers, please refer to the conditions presented in the booking engine. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged and non-refundable. In case of cancellation, if you have paid online all or part of the reservation, this amount will be refunded to you after deduction of cancellation fees (excluding non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).Taxes
Rates are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes may be charged additionally.Check-In Time / Check-Out Time
Your room or apartment will be available at reception from the time indicated below. On your departure day, you must vacate your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. Billing for an additional night may result from not respecting this departure time limit. It is recommended to use the “Comments or additional information” section of the booking form to indicate your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.- Check-In Time (from): 3:00 PM
