Booking Conditions
In order to guarantee your reservation, a bank pre-authorization may be carried out from the booking date until the check-in date. This pre-authorization will correspond to the amount of your first night at the property. The security deposit will be fully refunded to you if no damage is found by the property at the time of departure. Any reservation of 4 rooms or more may result in special conditions and additional fees.Secure Transaction
Our website uses some of the most advanced current internet security technologies. All booking steps are secure using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a leading technology in the field. Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data stream encryption. The security certificate used is issued by the accredited third party company USERTrust RSA Certification Authority and used by the booking system D-EDGE. You can verify the validity of the certificate. Moreover, the booking system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls, and other advanced technologies to prevent interference and prevent any intrusion.Cancellation or Modification of Service Reservation
For Accommodation Services (room reservations within a property or other types of accommodations), it is reminded to the Client that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code which excludes this right for contracts for accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or period. For each Service reservation, the Specific Conditions specify the cancellation and/or modification terms of the reservation. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified and/or cancelled. The deposit (advanced payment) will not be refunded. In this case, it is mentioned in the Specific Conditions. When the Specific Conditions allow it:- modification or cancellation of a Service reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions displayed on your screen;
- modification or cancellation of a Service reservation can be done directly on the Website through the “Modify or cancel a reservation” section;
- modification or cancellation of a Service reservation can be done directly with the property, whose contact details, including telephone, are specified on the reservation confirmation sent by email.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are non-refundable in case of selection of a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate. For all other offers, please refer to the conditions presented in the booking engine. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged and non-refundable. In case of cancellation, if you have paid online all or part of the reservation, this amount will be refunded to you after deduction of the cancellation fees (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).Taxes
Rates are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes may be requested in addition.Check-in / Check-out Time
Your room or apartment will be available for check-in at the reception starting from the time indicated below. On the day of departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the latest time indicated below. Billing for an additional night may result from not respecting this check-out time limit. It is recommended to use the “Comments or additional information” section of the booking form to notify your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.- Check-in time (from): 3:00 PM
